Loadout

Loadout packages can include supply of Strand jacks, Hydraulic Skid shoes, Ballasting systems, Mooring winches

Strand jacks

Strand jacks are often for skidding loadout of structures over 2,000t to supply the horizontal force required for the skidding operation.

Topside jacking up

The JWS topside jacking system consists of 600t hydraulic jacks and is currently designed for jacking loads to 4,800t per point and maximum height to up 25m jacking height.

Winches

JWS has a number of mooring winches and a large quantity of slings, shackles, blocks and other rigging gear available purposely designed for mooring of large vessels and barges during loadout.

Barge ballasting

Barge ballasting for loadout, float over or other purposes. JWS has a fleet of pumps that are easily installed and come with hydraulic centralised control power units.

Skid shoes

Hydraulic skid shoes are very economical way of loadout for heavy structures with the advantage that loads are controlled and with the help of load spreading mats the yard preparation can be minimised.

Weighing

Using multiple strain gauge loadcells the weight of heavy structure can be determines with a very high accuracy.

Special lifting projects

The Maari WHP jacket was assembled vertically top down with the help of a tower based lifting system.
